Our young citizens of the world will explore the magic of nature through science, art, literature and community service. Our focus will include flora biology, planting, tending our garden at Ramone Aponte playground and weekly science exploration, reading literature about nature and urban ecology and visual art projects that reinforce the experience the students will practice in during the term. This class is part art, part science, part ecology, multi age immersive experience. We will work to support each other, dig deeper into ourselves, and work together to build a stronger connection between human and earth.' Most of our learning will be outside in one of the lovely parks near Different Directions (With an indoor option in case of rain!).
