Most of the assignments will be on non-fiction topics, and some of them will require research. Other assignments will be creative, using historical and other research to create a believable background. Throughout, we will discuss and practice grammar: parts of speech, tense and mood of verbs, clauses and phrases, conjugation of verbs and declension of pronouns. By the end of the year, we’ll all have progressed noticeably in writing satisfying and expressive prose.
